Integration Manager required by a progressive, leading edge company based on Auckland’s North Shore. With an absolute focus on delivering projects right first time in the most professional and efficient way possible for their clients.

A leading supplier of integrated automated technology, software and maintenance services to optimize the supply chain. Our client is seeking a person with the ability to manage the integration of project requirements to ensure alignment between their customer’s business objectives and that of their own organisation.

In this role you will be tasked with the following:

  • To manage and influence the assigned project resource of the HLC, LLC and Integration teams and any third-party systems
  • Attending local and overseas project meetings
  • Working closely with/assisting the Group Integration Manager
  • Day-to-day project management
  • Motivating and inspiring project teams to take ownership of outcomes on their assigned projects
  • To work closely and openly with all internal customers of the group
  • Ensure that all project team members adhere to all company policies, processes and procedures including the OS&H regulations during the duration of projects

You will be in charge of the delivery of HLC, LLC and the overall integration of projects ensuring time frames and budgets are met. It is envisaged that you will have a background in the management of a projects scope of works inclusive of; scope management, budget control, quality control, commissioning, testing and sign-off of the works within the Integration Guidelines.

To be successful in your application your background will demonstrate proven experience in the project management of software and IT systems, particularly in an industrial environment. This experience should include a strong software, IT understanding which includes: Network design and administration and solution development.

Along with your technical abilities you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus. You will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external parties and be able to explain detailed technical issues in a clear and uncomplicated manner

Ideally you will have experience in material handling projects with a basic control systems understanding and experience in software methodologies (AGILE).
